I2D2-Traveled to local elementary schools to do engineering activities with the after school programs.

My project was investigating how to reduce the average changeover times for one of the twin head tube packaging lines in the Cosmetics Plant. I applied Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence tools to find and implement improvements. I also examined the RO water system in the Cosmetic Plant and looked for potential issues in the system.
