Lead the risk and compliance areas of the ThedaCare’s legal department and responsible for the execution of ThedaCare’s legal strategy regarding legal affairs of the health system. Develop and influence the development of the corporate legal strategy and execute the strategy to promote and protect the assets of the organization.Manage staff and insure proper execution of corporate risk and compliance programs.Manage the delivery of the legal services and resources to accomplish organizational goals, strategies and priorities. Maintains proper interactions and relationships with the relevant local, state and federal government bodies, legislatures and the community to properly execute the responsibilities of the General Counsel for ThedaCare.
