Nucleus is an established, AIM-listed, FinTech company based in Edinburgh with the mission of transforming financial services. As Head of People Experience my role was to create a market-leading people proposition and culture that enabled our people to do the best work of their life, and in turn, create the best possible customer outcomes.We were thrilled to have been recognised externally as ‘Workplace of the Year’, ‘People Engagement of the year’ and ‘People Team of the Year’ by the HR Network Awards. As well as featuring on the LSE '1000 companies to inspire Britain' list.

I joined Nucleus as the founding member of the people team, laying strong cultural and operational foundations on which to significantly scale the team. This included establishing our company values + behaviours. We successfully appeared on the Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work for following a range of people initiatives designed to make Nucleus a great place to be.
