With over 10 years of progressive leadership experience, most recently building the human resources function and scaling the Red River Mutual privacy and compliance practices, I've embedded strategic leadership, technology and efficiencies into the core of all operations. This has bolstered internal growth and empowers and nurtures both the business and talented people who are a part of our organization. I seek to surround myself with those who are true to themselves and love building up people, processes and teams for authentic interactions and success for all!
