Indiana University Dance Marathon (IUDM) is the second largest student-run philanthropy in the world and has raised more than $43 million for Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis, IN. IUDM aims to inspire and educate the members of its organization and surrounding community with the goal of providing funds for Riley Hospital for Children. The Public Relations Committee is responsible for the publicization of all IUDM events.-Collaborated with 60 other committee members to manage IUDM’s social media accounts and work with state-wide and national media outlets to publicize events and campaigns-Assisted in managing IUDM’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, and website blogs-Represented IUDM publicly to raise at least $650 per member for those in need at Riley Hospital for Children, which increases community outreach and allows for Riley to impact hundreds of thousands of lives every year

Community based interns in Milan, Italy are fully immersed in Italian culture through a combination of community engagement and academic instruction. Community-based involvement through this international internship and seminar program is used as a vehicle for in-depth understanding of the social issues facing the Italian country that surpasses education confined to the classroom.-Enhanced cross-cultural navigation skills by leading and managing 50+ Italian and American students in two weekly interdisciplinary activities focused on critical thinking and personal/civic responsibility-Engaged in intercultural activities and dialog regrading community wellness that deepened cultural responsiveness and understanding of societal roles through over 60 hours of community involvement

The Beta Delta chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta consists of over 150 women of various backgrounds. The elected Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the proper and respectful representation of these women. This position's responsibilities included the following operational tasks:-Ensured over 300 public relations, social media, and merchandising items appropriately reflected the Alpha Gamma Delta international and chapter brand to thousands of end consumers internationally-Contributed and collaborated in weekly Executive Council and chapter meetings that solidified success of over 150 members, connections with advising professionals, and overall chapter efficiency-Enhanced cross-functional work with over 20 positions in and outside of the facility to solidify and expand chapter and member development, as well as awareness in areas such as philanthropic endeavors and stance on social issues

Camp Navigate is an after-school and summer camp program that hopes to meet the educational needs of children pre-school through eighth grade. Camp Navigate’s three focus areas include teaching employability/soft skills, promoting healthy habits, and creating servant leaders. Camp Navigate's values made it the perfect recipient of Terre Haute North DECA's 2018-2019 Community Service Project. -Educated over 120,000 people about the importance of helping those less fortunate and the effect poverty has on brain development, expanding community outreach-Utilized marketing management skills in the planning and implementation of events which were successful in raising just under $5,000-Provided holiday cheer for the children attending Camp Navigate through the "Holiday Happenings" event to give each child an equal holiday experience they may not otherwise receive-Created and oversaw unique educational events that were beneficial to all participants, allowing community members of all ages to give back and ultimately help send 25 children to Camp Navigate.

First Financial Bank is an established company with a strong community presence that has allowed them to expand internally and externally.-Gained substantial knowledge in the area of finance, specifically banking-Served as first point of contact to customers, both in person and over the phone, upholding a joyful presence to live up to the FFB standards-Gained customer service skills by professionally handling upset and aggravated customers and being successful in resolving the issue at hand-Worked quickly and efficiently while ensuring accurate results- in this case, perfecting transactions after just two weeks of being with the company out of training

The DECA Community Service Project benefited P.I.N.K. of Terre Haute, which is a nonprofit organization aiding families and individuals affected by breast cancer. Multiple community events were held to raise awareness and money to directly benefit the families that P.I.N.K. helps.-Managed over 100 people’s involvement and tasks associated with the project to ensure success which enhanced my managerial skills-Organized 3 large community outreach events to benefit P.I.N.K. of Terre Haute which expanded my network and allowed me to gain skills in project organization and time management-Constructed a 30-page business report and 15-minute presentation over the project that was awarded first place at the Indiana DECA state competition-Led the marketing team to successfully spread awareness for breast cancer to over 50,000 people in the Terre Haute community through various channels of communication-Aided individuals and families affected by breast cancer by raising over $20,000
