Hi Everyone! I'm Jenna, a bubbly and enthusiastic girl who's passion lies in all things entrepreneurial and business-y. I love to make friends and have fun while also challenging myself in new things and roles, focusing on self-improvement and communication. For almost four years I worked at Adventure World Perth with one year experiencing the role of a supervisor, and another focusing on maintenance administrative tasks. Being a part of this company has taught me to be patient with customers, care for their needs and given me the ability to increase my business skills and rostering adjustments. Working at Crown Perth I held a role in waitperson, holding a focus on serving customers with a high level of respect and understanding, as well as serving food and drinks in an extremely fast-paced environment. These late nights assisted in developing my communication when ordering food with our chefs, and improved my cognitive skills when handing out orders to runners. Optus Stadium was an amazing role where I was given Suite Supervisor, which entailed having a quadrant of the stadium's suites allocated to me on any given stadium game. In this role I improved in managing my time and controlling my stress to provide my clients with the best possible experience - something I strive for in every environment. Meeting and working with amazing and extremely talented people led me to love this job and every aspect of it. Each of these roles were quite demanding and brought out the best (along with a bit of stress) in me, which I am super thankful for! Currently I am working full-time at BinManager as a marketing and communications assistant, learning support and service skills I know I can utilise in the future.
