Provided project management for New Business engagements including establishing & monitoring project timelines, coordinating with other agencies participating in the engagement and ensure that agency assets were collected to support agency RFP response. Also coordinated client meetings and logistics and researched and published company overviews of potential clients for agency stakeholders.

Coordinated stateside logistics for international participants. Managed the development, maintenance and publication of information to the 5000+ Chamber members. Developed marketing collateral such as flyers, invitations and posters using Microsoft Publisher. Published collateral electronically through event email marketing database.

Assisted in planning events around Metro Detroit for clients such as Harley Davidson, American Cancer Society, Stars and Stripes Festival and Pet-a-palooza with thousands in attendance. Implemented advertising and promotion strategies for weekly events including the creation of flyers, posters and mass emails. Served on promotions Street Team for 94.7 WCSX, MAGIC 105.1 and 101.1 WRIF. Coordinated the participation of client stakeholders and internal personnel for events and oversaw vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of collateral.
