Learning and Development Manager in the construction industry with over 9 years’ experience in HR and L&D, qualified to CIPD Level 7 and Chartered member of the CIPD. I am passionate about creating a learning environment where people can grow and develop as well as spotting and developing talent. In my current role I work with senior managers to deliver training and development to teams and providing L&D interventions in line with the organisational strategy. Previously I was a department manager in the retail industry for 10 years, managing teams of people to drive great standards and service, ensuring policies and procedures were followed, recruitment of new employees and managing the department to achieve all key business results.
