• Assists with cash-flow and disposition valuation modelling for Alden's real estate portfolio, consisting of more than 1400 multifamily properties across the US.
• Creates quarterly and ad-hoc Excel financial performance dashboards and models; these models are used by CFO, COO, CEO, and investors.
• Performs on-going legal and operating statement/financial audit due diligence to ensure financial data continuity and as a result, cohesive lower-tier and holding company valuation and cash flow modelling for Alden’s.

• Works directly with the Senior Managing Director of Finance to develop, maintain and forecast cashflow for lower tier, middle tier and fund models (a $13 billion portfolio of LIHTC assets).
• Lower tier valuation modeling of potential acquisitions; includes purchase price and cashflow modeling, stress-test and additional scenario analyses.
• Reviews and analyzes financial statements, interim reports, legal documents and public data to assess and convey the leverage risks of the 1,600 properties in our portfolio.
