In Emerging Economies, I sat with twenty students from fifteen different countries around a U-shaped desk considering the logistics of introducing an International Business operation to alleviate suffering for people in another nation. It was Einstein who said, “If I have an hour to solve a problem, I spend fifty-five minutes considering the problem and five minutes developing a solution.” Through navigation of our intercultural relationships, and interlacing our diverse perspectives to create a sustainable strategy we built trust amongst our team. Einstein’s words had held true.
