I specialize in designing, developing and editing menus for our Dining areas to ensure an optimal dining experience for customers.As part of our menu development team, I collaborate with our executive chef to enhance our culinary offerings through recipe updates for our forthcoming menu cycle.I assume administrative responsibilities for the Dining Room Manager and Supervisor. I ensure timely menu updates on Cubigo platform to provide residents with current meal options for each meal service.As part of my responsibilities, I contribute to the maintenance and updating of our point-of-sale (POS) system, Full Count, which enables our servers to efficiently and accurately process menu orders.As part of my responsibilities, I have been instrumental in managing our uniform inventory system. In fact, I have implemented an Excel-based filing system that allows us to effectively track the number and types of uniforms we require, as well as their usage patterns.

I am in charge of inspecting and conducting daily audits for back of house and front of house operations.
