The Final Tier of my Sales Training Program solidified all the process and product knowledge that introduced me to Pella Corporation to begin with. I felt confident in my abilities to sell an amazing product upon my relocation and release out into the field of Sales Consultant due to the investment that this company made in me. In addition, during our final tier, it was revealed to me that I would be relocated to Milwaukee, WI. My #1 out of my top 3 city preferences that I continually discussed with my manager. The company does an amazing job with getting the SDP team relocated to their preferred locations but there are always factors going into these decisions. Market, management, and culture fit go into the decision, and it just so happened that everything lined up for me in Wisconsin! I'm so excited to unlock my potential.

Tier 2 of my 3 tiered, 9 month, Sales Training Program.

I am so very thankful to have stumbled across this amazing opportunity. In March of 2018 I started as a Field Sales Trainee for Pella Corporation located in Pella, IA. Throughout my 9 months in the program, I will be learning two sides of the Window and Door industry. I am learning Retail Sales (B to C) and Trade Sales (B to B). Through this tiered program, I will become an expert in selling our amazing products until I am placed at a branch anywhere in the country.

As an Intern turned Executive, and my first position fresh out of college, I gained valuable knowledge in this position as Executive Team Leader. I managed all areas revolving around guest experience, which included the front cashier lanes, service desk, Starbucks, and Target Cafe.

When I heard news of Gianna's opening, I immediately put in an application to pick up hours before they were even open. This was my second part-time job as a full time student, and I absolutely loved my experience here. I was blessed to be a part of another faith-based organization. Gianna's Java and Gelato is a coffee shop run by Catholic Social Services. All the proceeds from this organization go back to fund the amazing works of CSS.

Throughout my college experience I was a secretary at the UNL Newman Center/St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. I was a full time student at UNL and worked about 15 hours a week with this job located on campus. I loved the environment and the people I worked with.

My internship consisted of a 10- week program where I gained valuable learning experience working alongside an Executive Team Leader.

30 students from 12 universities across the nation were selected to attend this two-day opportunity on April 14th and 15th. From learning about leadership to learning from leaders, I was able to partake in this opportunity and see inside Union Pacific. I am now Union Pacific Leadership Certified.

I worked for the Department of Roads as a Temporary Highway Construction Technician. I worked for NDOR during the summers of 2014 and 2015. During the summers, we had a 40 hour week minimum, but I would average 60 hours a week due to the busy season. I worked alongside highway construction from sun up to sun down inspecting and supervising projects. I gained valuable experience from this position. I was one of 5 females located at my office and the only female in my position. I believe that other than the work completed during the summers, I learned how to be a strong female in a male-dominated work force.
