- Participating in and actively assisting in arthroplasty procedures by helping to provide exposure, maintain hemostasis, and serve other operative functions.- Collaborating with a surgical team to operate safely and efficiently while implementing specific surgical techniques for patients.- Managing patients’ overall care by developing individualized plans of care.

- Providing quality patient care by examining, treating and diagnosing orthopedic problems in a clinical setting.- Serving as first assist in the operating room for surgeries including joint replacements, sports injuries, general orthopedic surgery, and open reductions.- Collaborating with a team to manage inpatient, pre-op, and post-op care.- Evaluating emergency room consults and providing fracture care in the ER setting.- Performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and ordering appropriate imaging studies.
