I am a hard working, team oriented, optimistic individual- I'm full of smiles and work ethic. I pride myself on being a professional connector and helping folks meet the right people to help make them successful! Currently I serve as the Director of Student & Community Engagement for the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where I oversee internships, mentoring strategies, leadership development programs and community engagement efforts. I also serve as a Part Time Instructor at UNLV, Nevada State University and University of Denver. I teach different courses- all correlated to leadership and professional development in some way, shape or form. In addition, i've had the honor of consulting with non-profits on career and leadership development. I host a FUN podcast on the impact of emotional leadership, take a listen to Tearin' Up My Heart: Emotional Leadership lessons on any podcast platform! I believe in giving back to my community in a variety of ways and I currently serve on the Crohn's and Colitis of Nevada Board.
