Child care, coaching, and teaching for children ages 5 to 13 in a group home setting with various developmental delays, behavioral disorders, and trauma histories; engaging in community settings, teaching independent living skills; facilitating educational activities including, but not limited to school subjects, interpersonal/social activities, arts and crafts, outside activities, and daily living skills; completing behavior tracking and progress development tracking for individual students; transporting students to and from home visits and appointments, completing monthly trainings; keeping up to date on first aid/CPR certification, Medication administration certification and refreshers; using Safe and Positive Approaches to de-escalate students; assisting students with daily living skills such as hygiene routines, preparing for school, preparing meals, and bedtime routines; completing processing with students following major behaviors/incidents; regularly communicating with clinicians, nursing staff, case managers, DCF workers, and other management members regarding status of students’ progress and individual needs
