Catalant is a venture capital backed startup that provides global fortune 500 enterprises with a marketplace to access business expertise on demand and build their agile workforce.• Built a five-year financial operating model which was a key input to the Series D funding as well as managing against the day to day runway of cash management• Designed and implemented a new commission plan for the sales team which drove sales to increase 45% QoQ, resulting in a record breaking growth period• Create scalable operational processes including invoicing, collections and payments to experts• Co-led the completion of the company’s first audit with KPMG; trained and implemented changes across the sales team based on results• Partner with HR and recruiting to build and execute compensation packages and payroll changes across the go to market team
