March 2021 - May 2021 (Client Lead):Joined an events recruiting team focused on BIEs. This role is a blend of lead and PM. Charged with scaling up operations for WW Consumer BIE hiring. I built out out a plan to deliver 400% above plan, going from 24 expected hires to 100+ BIE and DE hires by end of year 2021. August 2020-March 2021 (Client Lead): For FinTech and HR Tech, I co-lead the integration of a team of nine sourcers into Ops Tech. I managed three direct report contractors. Daily, I partnered with hiring teams and director level stakeholders. My close rate is 2 offer accepts per week. Sept 2019-August 2020 (Sourcer): I was promoted to Senior Recruiter and was tapped on the shoulder to develop a centralized SDE sourcing model for Customer Service Tech and Delivery Experience orgs. Filled HC goals and closed 33 SDEs. Successfully mentored two contractors into FTE bar raising Amazonians.Oct 2018-Sept 2019 (Sourcer):I was selected to come back and help deliver for Amazon Scout. Just months before going public to the world, I helped program manage large network recruiting events. I filled several hard-to-fill leadership and IC roles for the Science teams. I helped to automate our recruiting reports, trained Sourcers in funnel metrics, and helped scale up Scout’s hardware team. In early 2019, I transitioned to full-lifecycle recruiter. Jul 2017-Oct 2018 (Sourcer):Sourcing recruiter for numerous business lanes in Operations Technology and AWS. accomplishments include being one of the first sourcing recruiters for Amazon Scout – the autonomous sidewalk delivery device. Helped hire for Scout while the product was in “stealth mode.” I spent 10 months at AWS hiring for Edge Services. Edge Services powers streaming for live events and streaming services like Netflix. While at AWS, I built skills in senior stakeholder reporting (up to GM level for Cloudfront). I sharpened my skills in large-scale sourcing. This was a fun chapter during my time at Amazon.

At Motus, I worked on the mighty but small senior tech recruiting team. We were constantly on the top of Portland recruiting vendor lists even though we were a 20 person company (going up against multi-billion dollar staffing companies). By the time I left, Motus was ranked in the Top 50 staffing companies in the US. I provided full-lifecycle tech recruiting services to tech companies and startups in the Portland area. We focused on true business consulting and built strong relationships with our clients. We were successful as tech recruiters because we conducted sourcing searches from scratch, obsessed over quality, and had a high sense of urgency.
