August 2020-March 2021 (Client Lead): For FinTech and HR Tech, I co-lead the integration of a team of nine sourcers into Ops Tech. I managed three direct report contractors. Daily, I partnered with hiring teams and director level stakeholders. My close rate is 2 offer accepts per week. Sept 2019-August 2020 (Sourcer): I was promoted to Senior Recruiter and was tapped on the shoulder to develop a centralized SDE sourcing model for Customer Service Tech and Delivery Experience orgs.
