I am currently accepting new patients at Willow Tree Therapy Center. I have evening and weekend hours and accept BCBS (PPO), Medicare, Aetna, and Cigna. My areas of expertise are health, trauma, and diversity. I am a trained EMDR clinician.

Dr. Kiel was responsible for overseeing and advancing two key areas of programming - Child and Family programs as well as Support Groups and Counseling. As part of both the leadership and clinical teams, she collaborated with both in order to advance the overall goals of the organization both. As part of the leadership team, Dr. Kiel was responsible for the quality, management, and direction of clinical services in two locations as well as off-site partnerships. Key responsibilities included:-Oversee development, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive programming based on participant needs and best practices-Collaborate with the leadership and clinical teams to ensure that participant needs are understood and met through programming-Provide intake sessions, individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy to cancer survivors, family members, and the bereaved on-site and within local medical facilities-Support the mission by participating in outreach and fundraising events-Recruit and evaluate clinical interns/externs, evaluate clinical staff-Facilitate individual and group supervision for students and staff clinicians-Promote professional development provide continuing education for clinical staff and students-Develop policies and procedures consistent with the mission of The Cancer Support Center, professional ethics codes, and Illinois state law
