Oversees all financial, accounting, legal, contractual requirements and administrative matters for the Company. Key member of the executive team who provides direction to the management team and external consultants and professional service providers to carry out all responsibilities. • Developed and managed annual company budget and event/project based budgets, tracked performance to budget and reported results to executive team and clients.• Led the accounting team in performing all accounting activities.• Effectively communicated and presented critical financial matters to the management team and event stakeholders to assist in decision making and long term planning• Managed all financial and legal aspects of company relationships regarding contracts and insurance requirements • Drive short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the executive team• Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.• Involved in planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies and activities of the companies Human Resource (HR) needs, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
