I lead the overall marketing strategy in collaboration with all partner teams for two of Zynga's licensed titles: Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells and Game of Thrones Slots Casino. It is my primary focus to analyze the performance of marketing programs to identify opportunities for optimization and present and report to studio leadership and our partnered licensors. In addition to my primary duties I now oversee budgeting for the product marketing team on my two main titles. As a Senior in this role, it is my duty to partner with the other Product Marketing Managers, Directors of Product and Production pipelines to lead the ideal strategy and execution of our marketing efforts.

It was my primary focus to analyze the performance of marketing programs to identify opportunities for optimization and present and report to leadership while ensuring goals, assets, and copy were in alignment with the studio and licensor.

I was the expert for live ops marketing for Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells, formulating best-in-class marketing operations and campaigns for live events while working in lockstep with multiple groups.As part of the larger marketing organization, I worked closely with the product team and other marketing channel owners such as UA, ASO, VIP, CI, CS, Social Media, and lifecycle marketing on cross-functional initiatives, functioning as the point person for strategy and execution for live ops marketing.

I helped manage the digital presence of Animal Welfare Services DBA Animal Protection and Education (A.P.E) of Boone, IA. I lent my expertise in SEO, customer engagement marketing, and blog writing to facilitate donor retention, and shelter care, focused primarily on providing communities with humane animal control of alley cats and educating the community of the responsibilities of pet ownership in the state of Iowa.

With the Business Intelligence team I implemented and automated the sales and marketing strategies of various clients. I collaborated with the other teams to propose, write and curate social, email, and sales campaigns with Account Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Content Managers. Primarily I published and activated initiatives using HubSpot and custom applications. In addition to marketing automation, I reported, analyzed and updated SEO and Campaign performance analytics on marketing and sales initiatives, while aiding in finding and nurturing prospects for sales territories.

I aided SEO Expert in writing website, blog, email, social, and newsletter content utilizing the best SEO practices and guidelines. This required the research of various topics to create written content & identify and incorporate keywords into all projects.

I focused on planning, creating, executing, and analyzing customer retention campaigns. I was concerned with the customer communication life-cycle and steered branded contact via Social Media, Email, Push Notifications and App to User Messaging. I was heavily involved with idea generation, proposal preparations and working with Customer Service, Product, Operations and Marketing teams to build a strong brand.

Dedicated to Online Customer Service and the internal documentation of support policy and processes. Maintained information gathering and flow between the Customer Support department and other teams within the company. Determined customer service requirements and offering creative solutions likely to benefit the brand with an emphasis on long-term customer satisfaction and support.

Was part of the Social Gaming department at Phantom EFX a Williams Interactive (now a Scientific Games Company - previously WMS) dedicated to Social, Casual and Mobile Gaming. I created and maintained an integrated, cohesive and consistent social presence of the company and the brands by keeping communication open on all channels including Social Media, Website, Blogs, etc.

I worked with Phantom EFX to create and edit documents for their video games and web presence. I was able to complete a few main projects with them concerning video game tutorials, manuals and a possible outreach program as a Professional Writer and a Marketing Assistant.
