Designed and deployed training for Truckstop.com’s Real Time Freight (RTF) customers and employees. Performed training needs assessments, designed and delivered curriculum and learning materials, provided technical support throughout the duration of the implementation, taught customers how to use RTF products, and managed all phases of training interventions.

Accountable for the breadth of HRM and Organizational Development functions, programs and projects. Support full-cycle talent management strategies including staffing, benefits, compensation, performance management, leadership coaching, compliance, and retention. Manage technology systems and data reporting for applicant tracking, HRIS, LMS, online recognition and performance management. Provide qualitative and quantitative decision making support through investigation and data analysis.

Responsible for all functions relating to Workforce Planning and Development. Conducted job analyses and wrote job descriptions; conducted job evaluations and created compensation structures; wrote policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal employment laws to create an employee handbook; trained customer service reps to improve interpersonal skills and deliver accurate product information; monitored payroll processing to ensure accurate employee compensation.

Research Assistant and Doctoral student dedicated to advancing theory, policy and practice in the field of Human Resource Management. Collected, analyzed and interpreted data relating to Training and Development, Employee Relations, and Strategic Human Resource Management. Manuscript selected for publication: Rangel, B., Chung, W. Co-investigator, University of West Florida division, Healthy Gulf/Healthy Communities project - a project funded by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences aimed at studying the physiological, sociological and psychological effects following the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill in the Gulf Coast region. Identified and interviewed NGOs and other agencies responsible for disaster response and recovery efforts in the following counties: Escambia/Santa Rosa Counties, Fl, Franklin County, Fl., Baldwin County, Al. Conducted needs assessment and gap analysis in order to strengthen and expand referral networks.
