In order to successfully achieve this, valuable relationships were developed with cross-functional teams; with members from all management levels, employment positions and business locations.- Successful external stakeholder management with Queensland joint venture partners.- Considerable improvements in the monthly sales forecast process, ensuring that commercial expectations were achieved at a site, logistics and finance level.
