As a public relations intern, I designed promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, rack cards, and event logos. I also designed graphics for social media use, designed t-shirts for events, managed files and data input, and handled confidential information.

Working at Core Life, I managed several responsibilities. I received and prepared food orders, managed the cash register, restocked food, and cleaned the dining room. In this position, I had to listen well to customers and work with them to prepare their orders to ensure that they received the best experience possible. Given the restaurant’s assembly line set up, I had to work quickly and efficiently. This position also required organization and attention to detail.

As a retail associate, I managed the cash register and completed transactions, returns, and exchanges. This required me to accommodate customers’ needs and use interpersonal skills to make them feel welcomed and appreciated. In addition, I organized merchandise displays. I also worked in omnichannel retailing where I gathered and packaged online orders, and occasionally checked inventory. This role required me to be organized and work quickly and efficiently. I also manned the Amazon return counter where I worked with guests to package and process the returns of their amazon purchases.

As a food runner, I assisted the servers in managing their tables. I refilled drinks, delivered food, bussed tables, washed dishes, and cleaned the dining room. Because I had several responsibilities to juggle, this position required efficient work and time management skills. I also utilized strong customer service skills.
