I love working with people. Whenever I reflect on what brings me joy at work - it is people. Over the years, my favorite moments are those when I get to collaborate with people who bring new and diverse perspectives to the conversation or when I get to help someone experience that light-bulb moment of learning a new skill or seeing value in a new, different way of working. As a career consultant to-date, I've worked with small clients (<35 employees) and massive clients (>350k employees) across life sciences, retail, philanthropic/social impact, and state and federal public sector. My experiences center around strategic change management and human capital consulting - spanning change strategy and execution, communications, training and facilitation for both hard and soft skills, program administration, program management, competency modeling, and more. As a life-long learner, I enjoy new challenges. Most often, that comes in the form of learning the ins and outs of new clients and delivering against a myriad of different business challenges. It also has looked like trying new things, as I did in 2023, taking on a tour of duty piloting the Alliance Manager role within my consulting firm's local market. This included designing and deploying a client-focused "Breakthrough Day" workshop event to jump-start solutioning for clients and generating $1.7M in pipeline coupled with a playbook for others to deploy the event within their markets. Most importantly, as a people manager, I enjoy helping my team solve problems and overcome challenges. But even more, I love watching them grow in their technical skills, their confidence, and their overall business acumen.
