IMHO kindness does not exist without sincerity. Whether I'm providing technical support or assisting a client find a fitting solution to their needs, at the end of the day I'm satisfied when I've brought genuine value to the person on the other end of the line.My role as a software specialist at RedBeam brings me joy because I get to express empathy and curiosity of my client's daily lives in virtually every industry. Helping to make someone's life easier in some large or small way motivates me to continuously expand my technical knowledge so that I can be that much better tomorrow.
