Jenna volunteered at the BLG Business Venture Clinic during the 2017/2018 academic year, where she drafted agreements and memoranda for entrepreneur clients. She was hired as a full-time summer student where she balanced the needs of approximately 20 entrepreneurs looking to create or grow their startups. Jenna also managed the clinic's social media presence and outreach as Chief Technology Officer during the 2017/2018 academic year.

Grande Prairie, Alberta

Jenna operated 30 and 40 tonne articulated rock trucks on a remote construction site outside of Grande Prairie. She multitasked by navigating a congested site while taking orders on the radio. Each day, she completed the requisite safety paperwork, conducted a thorough pre-operational inspection and ensured the truck was greased at the end of the day. Jenna was also given the position of CLAC Union Representative. This extra responsibility required her to attend any meetings between management and the crew to ensure all details remained confidential.

Nisku Mod Yard

Jenna worked at Ledcor's mod yard in Nisku for the summer before she went to law school. In this position, she worked as a general labourer, largely transporting equipment and personnel around the site. A significant component of her job on the labourer crew was to clean the expansive site. Jenna was entrusted with a trainee and the operation of the crew truck after three days on site. As a trainer, she directed and executed our nightly duties with little to no instruction from our foreman.

Edmonton, Canada Area

Jenna worked as a temporary Production Assistant for the television program "Airport: Below Zero". She demonstrated attention to detail while sifting through hours of footage for details, people, logos and potential legal liabilities. When she was outside of the office, Jenna was entrusted with the company vehicle to transport equipment and personnel.
