Hi there! I'm Jenn, an experienced Chief of Staff and Change Management professional with a passion for driving meaningful impact. Over the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of serving in the non-profit and management consulting sectors, where I've honed my expertise in strategic planning, project management, and supporting C-suite leaders.Most recently, I had the opportunity to work as the Chief of Staff at Cooperative for Education, where I led a dynamic team of fundraising and marketing professionals to raise over $3 million to support educational projects in Guatemala. I'm really proud of the work we did to break the cycle of poverty in Guatemala through education.Prior to that, I spent several years as a Management Consultant at TiER1 Performance Solutions, where I directed teams of 10+ consultants to guide transformational change at multiple Fortune 500 companies. I absolutely love the problem-solving aspect of consulting and the chance to leverage best practices in organizational change, training, and communication to prepare employees for upcoming challenges.Outside of my professional pursuits, I'm the founder and manager of a travel decor startup called Art of Wanderlust. This passion project allows me to combine my entrepreneurial spirit with my belief that travel can change the world by building empathy and compassion.
