Promet is a leader in open source web development, offering a suite of services from Human-Centered Design to ADA Web Accessibility, Training, and Support. My role is to craft custom roadmaps for our current and prospective clients that will serve as a solid foundation for their journey to accessible websites and applications. I am highly focused on education and outreach to provide clarity where ADA compliance can be vague and daunting; approached strategically, it should be easy and exciting! I work closely with our internal delivery teams to ensure that the solutions we are providing meet each client's specific goals, and help drive internal innovations as the web, Assistive Technology, and the ADA landscape evolve to ensure we are meeting those goals with excellence at the forefront of our industry.

As a project manager at Promet, I lead clients through the web and application design process from initial discovery to final go-live and ongoing support. My mission is to build successful relationships with our customers where we equally share their business goals and organizational strategy; success is when they become a “lifer” through trust, hard work, and joint wins from the innovations we create together. I manage a large group of accounts of varying industries and scale, providing me with insight to a wide range of solutions, challenges, and needs that each unique client may face. I work closely with each of our internal departments to continuously expand our knowledge base and identify areas of growth.
