Current• Coordinating daily branch operations by managing schedules, meetings, and resources for advisors and management. • Executing financial transactions such as account openings, transfers, and trade orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Preparing detailed financial reports and maintaining internal databases to track branch performance and advisor productivity. • Managing the inventory of branch supplies, processing orders, and ensuring operational tools are always available. • Overseeing the maintenance of office equipment, resolving any technical issues, and coordinating with vendors for repairs. • Assisting with internal audits by ensuring all records and procedures are compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. • Supporting trade execution and order entry processes, ensuring seamless and error-free transactions. • Managing data entry into CRM systems, ensuring that client and branch data is up to date and accurately reflects current activity. • Monitoring operational workflows and suggesting improvements to enhance branch efficiency and reduce processing times. • Assisting with the organization and execution of branch projects, including marketing initiatives and system upgrades.
