A the Training Academy, our plan is to support the selection process more, assisting with interviews in order to educate both managers and candidates on modern selection methods.At the Training Academy we are lucky enough to meet people from all walks of life and work with a range of managers, it’s my job to support these managers across our business and help them find the perfect candidate.
