The Sports & Field Operations department assists all regions in the development and implementation of sports competitions throughout Southern California. The department assists with coach's education and athlete training, development of local programs across Southern California, and hosts championship games each season. The Fall Games Management Team is a group of volunteers that manages all aspects of the games. My position specifically assists games director with hands on support in planning and developing an evaluation process for Fall Games to ensure that it maintain the strategic vision of the organization. Responsibilities:-Assist with reviewing the 2012 Evaluation Report to create questions for 2013 Evaluation survey.-Assist with recruiting and assigning volunteers to each sports venue to conduct surveys and interviews.-Assist with monitoring a committee of volunteers to evaluate the games via staff, athletes, coaches and volunteer interviews and event observation. -Provide ongoing communication with the Games Director regarding surreys, volunteer recruitment and assignments.-Assist with creating a thorough consolidated evaluation report of Fall Games from the surveys and interviews.

- Assisted with the Tournament of the Roses (TOR) sponsorship sales and activation efforts for both the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game as well as strengthen the TOR marketing, social media and sales efforts in the college market.- Utilized various social media platforms to create digital campaigns to reach a younger target market and gain exposure. Participated in various LASEC events; Lakers All Access (2012/2013), Pac 12 Media Day, NFL 101, Golf Classic, and continue to be a very active volunteer of LASEC events.- Continued volunteer efforts with LASEC.
