Runs internal writer feedback and incentive program for more than 100 contract writers. Brainstorms and enacts regular contests or "derbys" with various topics and parameters to advance editorial goals, profitability, and writer education. Runs new, experimental content programs with select groups of writers to explore new content opportunities, and reports back with data analytics on the successes of each program to determine next steps. Works on multiple teams to address and approve content pitches from writers, to determine if articles are in alignment with editorial goals and brand standards. Analyzes over 100 recurring headline constructs on a monthly basis to determine winners and low-performers, and replaces low performers with keyword-optimized options for the next month. Also brainstorms and provides weekly headlines to writers based on relevant current events in the investing, retirement, student loan, and Social Security spaces. Additionally: Helps with freelancer training, on-boarding and all-around editing prior to publication. Fact checks and edits articles across the board, scheduling for publication. Works closely with a team of editors to find recurring issues and pain points and resolve with writer education or process improvements. Selects articles for the home page of Fool.com for maximum impact. (Previously, just for fun) Wrote, shot, edited and uploaded to the company TikTok account.

Works on a wide array of content from syndicated columns, to email marketing sends, to collaborative content with external brands as well as SEO copywriting. Communicates to brainstorm article ideas, work with the rest of the creative team on larger projects and find new sources for articles. Writes both for HomeAdvisor and Angie's List and moves between brand voices and styles with ease.
