Experience includes: answering detailed product and service questions and suggesting recommendations, handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, making sure the store is kept to a good standard with products well-stocked, and responsible for handling deliveries and working/closing the store independently.

Experience includes: creating highly engaging content across multiple platforms, monitoring numerous social media pages and engaging with the community of followers, and assisting the account managers with advertising strategies, implementing campaigns and monitoring performance.

NextGen Leaders is a 10-week virtual learning series for college students, recent graduates and those with 0-2 years of experience in any field. The first of its kind program aims to provide learning, growth, and professional development opportunities for early-career talent.
