About Jenna Gray

Throughout my career in Program Management I’ve had the opportunity to work in multiple industries from retail, telco, to tech where I have gained expertise in building internal & external customer relationships to deliver large scale cross-functional programs and improve account partnerships with the long-term relationship in mind. I’m an expert at readiness execution and have experience executing Apple product launches as well as delivering customer experiences at Nordstrom through highly successful Pop-In’s and the opening of their New York Flagship. I’ve led projects from ideation to completion with the customer in mind through every step of the process. During the pandemic, I pivoted my experience to co-lead an organization of 120 merchandise analysts. We delivered new training, introduced new ways of working and communication to maintain speed in a swiftly changing pandemic environment, refined processes within our order writing process, and aided in the development of over 150 analysts into promotional opportunities over the span of 2 years. Working in multiple cross-functional organizations in both individual contributor and leadership management roles has encouraged a growth mindset and an ability to work well across disciplines to drive for all-win scenarios.AREAS OF SPECIALTYProgram Management | Project planning, roadmap development andscheduling | launch readiness | program readiness | team management | execution management | relationship management | account management | customer relationship management (CRM) | People & Process Management
