This could result in revoking an individual’s rights for up to 120 hours under RCW 71.05 or 71.34. Also provide support in other behavioral health crisis situations to support the Kitsap Community. Three years in ED of St. Michael’s Medical Center to help coordinate care between community partners and our KMHS Clients.

Nebraska Family Helpline (NFHL) was set in place after the NE Safe Haven law rewrote the policy to limit the child's age to 6 months. The State of Nebraska recognized the need for assistance for Nebraska families. The NFHL has crisis counselors available 24/7 who can provide referrals and assistance to families struggling with their children's behavioral health problems.Boys Town National Hotline provides crisis counsels 24/7 to assist families, children, and people who are feeling suicidal throughout the Unites States. They also provide a referral database to help callers find long-term support locally.As a crisis counselor I am able to connect with those in need through phone, email, and text. I connect with people of all ages from younger children to older adults. I attempt to de-escalate any crisis situation and provide referrals for people to be able to seeking long-term help locally. As a leader among my peers I have be able to accept further responsibilities with the Nebraska Family Helpline (NFHL) outside helping clients. I was awarded the opportunity to participate in community outreach events and informative mailings. Many of the events focus directly on the families and allow opportunities to connect face-to-face with families in need of support. I also updated the NFHL's database to ensure the most accurate information is given to clients looking for referrals by reaching out to the specific agencies in the database. I help to increasing the efficiency of the database for coworkers by creating new filters for quicker discovery.I offer help gather participants for a 5 year research project with Boys Town and the NFHL. I call qualifying NFHL parents to offer participation in the research study. About the beginning of 2017, the NFHL will have obtained the total number of participants required to complete the study.

As a Site Manager I ensured the day-to-day operations of an eight-bed therapeutic group home was maintained. I ensured files were up-to-date as well as track billed services for the group home. I coordinated with the therapist, supervising practitioner, and director to obtain complete services, meetings, therapy, etc within specific time frames. As well as overseeing daily operations and group home staff, I also worked directly with the clients to help them complete their treatment and arrange continuing services as a Residential Mental Health Specialist. I was promoted to Site Manager upon showing initiative of maintaining the group home while Director was monitoring other locations, but was also responsible for upholding the duties as Lead Staff/Residential Mental Health Specialist simultaneously.

Maintained communication between all persons involved in clients’ cases.Maintained a relationship with clients to help them continue to grow and complete their treatment; helping them successfully continue to work towards bettering themselves after they have completed their program.

Responsible for transporting children to and from visitations with their parents/guardians from which they have been removed from for various reason. I supervised the visits to make sure the parent and children interactions were appropriate. I also completed progress notes and other paper work to present as court documents to help in verifying if parents/guardians were ready to obtain full custody again.

As a Team Member I helped support many departments around the store, while mainly focused efforts in Jewelry, Fitting Room, Accessories, and all Clothing departments. I also learned and completed watch bands and battery replacements. I setup new product and arranged displays in jewelry and accessories. I helped the inventory team during and after store hours. I also completed guests'​ transactions at the cash register and would close out the jewelry's registers at the end of the night or open the register if scheduled to open.

As a Nanny I was blessed with the opportunity to see three amazing young children grow. I was in charge of their well-being three times a week when the parents were both at work. I ensured the children were picked up from school, completed homework, and provided homework help as needed. The children learned how to go grocery shopping without touching items by pre-teaching appropriate behaviors while in the grocery store. The pre-teaching behavioral skills were also expanded to other activities in and outside the home. The children helped make cupcakes, cookies, and also help with dinner as they loved to learn and help. The children were cared for in the home and during outings to the park, store, mall, gym, and after school activities. Due to the father's own career layoff I was no longer needed as the father decided to stay home and care for the children full-time, but I was still able to maintain contact with the children as they continue to grow.

I was a shift leader, which is equivalent to being a manager-on-duty. I was responsible for the store functionality and made sure everything ran smoothly during my shifts. I was responsible for opening and closing the store, running the deposit to the bank, calculating money in the vault after closing, problem-solving, and making sure everyone was safe while inside the store, including customers and employees.
