A major and ongoing project I am leading is an investigation to reconcile and recover an estimated $500K in development agreement incentives, including franchise and royalty reductions. Another one is my collaboration with the lead lender to evaluate and attain landlord SNDAs for a $150M syndication loan. Related to the loan, I analyzed and advised General Counsel on the franchise requirements regarding collateralization of loan and subordination issues. Other duties include acting an initial point of contact for potential leases, ground leases, build-to-suit and acquisitions as well as defaults, real estate taxation, CAM, assignment/assumption, etc., and providing leasing analysis to the CEO and General Counsel.
