When I graduated college I had two opportunities. The first offer was a DJ position at a remote radio station in Eastern Montana making minimum wage with zero benefits. The second was an offer to join Montana Tech to recruit High School students into their Engineering programs. I chose the latter and have not looked back. I love recruiting. I love connecting people with opportunities that potentially change their lives and career paths. I have spent 20 years in recruiting, mostly in a corporate role. I have recruited for different industries and various functions. I now reside in beautiful New Mexico and have been successfully recruiting and leading teams in a virtual setting.
