I worked as a freelance designer and communicator for smalerl growing businesses. I designed advertising and marketing materials, wrote short articles, was a copy writer for their catalogs and created online marketing and sales content. I also created and managed their advertising campaigns based on the unique needs of the businesses.

Pottstown, Pa

I was the second in support for the sales, technical support and distribution office manager. I provided customer service and technical assistant to customers by phone and e-mail. I process customer orders and coordinating shipping. I interviewed and hired additional office staff as needed and developed training materials to use with the new staff. I handled the coordination of the companies advertising and designed marketing and sales materials including trade show booth displays.
