I’ve been a strategic leader for over 20 years. Through my experience, I've gained a reputation for tackling challenges that no one wants to touch to create bold and forward-thinking strategies. My secret sauce is knowing how to engage internal and external stakeholders to bring forth the best ideas. My values-centered approach focuses on respectful and honest communication, transparency, and data-driven decision making. Some of my career highlights so far include championing Michigan State University's transition to renewable energy, developing policy to move toward mobile technology and communications and implementing strategies to improve key stakeholder relations. Whether I am an internal team member or external support person, nothing gives me more joy than working with a group of smart people to make an organization better.
