HDM Distribution Coordinator • Run the projected HDM forecast in ERP for the FSR to pick up as their schedule permits. • Communicate with FSR to ensure a sufficient amount of product is released. • Keep a running inventory for each location to ensure the adequate product for the FSR to pick up, which eliminates shortages and maintains accurate inventory. • Plan and execute all shipments to each cold storage. Enter the shipments into NAV for two weeks to ensure the production team can promptly produce planned shipments. • Create Transfer orders in NAV and communicate with our warehouse and third-party warehouse. Communicate logistical information to carriers for each shipment. Add arriving shipments into the correct spreadsheet and deduct what the FSR picks up.• Handle all discrepancies professionally.• Responsible for retrieving all end-of-month balances from the cold storage and attending all meetings related to this.• Communicate with senior leadership to ensure all changes planned will be executed effectively.
