Now adopted across Blizzard and King.* LEAD @ Activision - Working with our world class L&D team to launch a high potential leadership development program.* Employee Listening Strategy - There hadn’t been an all employee survey since 2019 and there was no cohesive measure of listening throughout the full employee journey.
