But don’t forget the FUN!A few programs and initiatives we’ve launched:* Activision Directors Forum - A quarterly forum of our Director population with the Executive team for deep dives on financials, business strategy, and transparent two-way communication on the future of the business.* LEAP - Activision's first global new hire onboarding program focusing on our studio cultures, history, ways of working and values. * Post Microsoft Acquisition Integration - Member of the integration team representing Activision* BRAVO - Activision’s first peer recognition platform. Now adopted across Blizzard and King.* LEAD @ Activision - Working with our world class L&D team to launch a high potential leadership development program.* Employee Listening Strategy - There hadn’t been an all employee survey since 2019 and there was no cohesive measure of listening throughout the full employee journey.
