This role is an expansion of my Head of Culture role, sitting at the intersection of business and HR. I have the opportunity of reporting into our Chief People Officer and partnering with the Activision Executive Team to ensuring our global workforce of 5000+ has a world class employee experience and are enabled and empowered to do their best work - which impacts our player's experience. In practical terms that means partnering with our COE’s to build and deploy scalable programs around ways of working, learning and development, leadership capability, employee listening strategies, service awards and recognition, talent development/internal mobility and living our values. But don’t forget the FUN!A few programs and initiatives we’ve launched:* Activision Directors Forum - A quarterly forum of our Director population with the Executive team for deep dives on financials, business strategy, and transparent two-way communication on the future of the business.* LEAP - Activision's first global new hire onboarding program focusing on our studio cultures, history, ways of working and values. * Post Microsoft Acquisition Integration - Member of the integration team representing Activision* BRAVO - Activision’s first peer recognition platform. Now adopted across Blizzard and King.* LEAD @ Activision - Working with our world class L&D team to launch a high potential leadership development program.* Employee Listening Strategy - There hadn’t been an all employee survey since 2019 and there was no cohesive measure of listening throughout the full employee journey. We now have that and build action plans on the insights.* Culture Champions - An internal group of culture advocates building out and promoting organic opportunities for cross-team interactions and collaboration* EVP - Driven by our talent brand team we launched the new company Mission, Talent Pillars and Talent Brand “Activate your Future”I’m excited for all that is still to come!!
