Jenn, a veteran holding down the offensive line at WPR since 2007, uses her special powers ok, her strategic vision to manage social and traditional media relations efforts for the firm. She’s the driving force to integrate social media into existing campaigns and increase Facebook fan pages more than 20 percent in one year. As a winter enthusiast (she loves other seasons too), Tahoe is the perfect playground for Jenn to combine work with play. It’s a tough day in the office when she has to take video/photos on the ski slopes, research a new restaurant, discover a new trail, etc., provides knowledge and background on all things Tahoe. The Lake Tahoe Visitors Authority, representing both California and Nevada businesses on South Shore, is one of her accounts and she works with regional and national media on tourist-destination stories; collaborates with destination partners to ensure complete and accurate media information; assists with promotions and special events for the destination and coordinates media invites and itineraries. Jenn was born on Friday the 13th in Las Vegas – hence her love of cooler weather. She graduated from the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada. Immediately following graduation, she handled public relations and marketing in the public sector for the Reno Parks, Recreation and Community Services department. No need to be superstitious because Jenn will find a solution to get things done, score a touchdown for the team all with her charming smile.
