With over sixteen years of work experience in healthcare, I am passionate about improving the quality of life and care for seniors. As a Client Care Manager at Amada Senior Care, I work with clients and families to assess their needs, create care plans, and coordinate services. I also manage a team of caregivers and oversee their training, scheduling, and performance. I leverage my skills in patient experience, decision-making, and medical equipment to deliver personalized and compassionate care to our clients. Before joining Amada, I was involved in population health and Covid testing projects at Mass General Brigham and HSH Health, where I gained valuable experience in program coordination, data analysis, and communication. I recently completed my MS in Healthcare Management at Bay Path University, where I learned about the latest trends and best practices in the healthcare industry.
