Worked with large and small businesses, start-ups, and non-profits on strategic planning, communications, human resources, and management training initiatives. Conducted statewide compensation studies and assisted towns, cities, and non-profits in Maryland with compensation design strategies, and strategic human resources management. While in this position I was also taking additional graduate level courses.
