Consult with churches on best Communications practices and online outreach for church growth. Utlize all online tools including, but not limited to, Websites builds, local SEO, Google Grant, Google Ads, social media ads, and more. Partner with other Church Communications agencies to provide for the churches. Lead teams through the book, “Church Communications” by Katie Allred to discuss best practices within Church Communications. Provide one-on-one coaching for church growth through effective Communications strategies, team building, volunteer building, and more.

Buildout Communications Departments within churches either by using their existing structure and implementing changes, or by building from the ground up. Provide consultation services so the church can best lead their Communications teams and/or serve as the central point person in leading Communications teams. Teams may include communications coordinators, project managers, graphic designers, writers, social media publicists, website developers and publicists, video editors, and more as needed by each church who contracts us. Partner with other industry leaders as needed. Ensure the churches brand is consistent, their story is told, and events are publicized internally, externally, and with the media. Work closely with leadership to realize the vision of the church. Create marketing a communications plans and strategies to communicate the church vision and happenings. Provide transitional leadership through effective communications strategies.

Create points of connection and increase outreach by promoting upcoming church happenings. Managed a re-design of the Coker website, bulletins, and other print publications to create concise story-telling. Ensure brand consistency for cognitive recognition. Work with with all ministries individually; as well as, ensure the individual ministry messages integrate well into the over all strategic message of the church. Was instrumental in crisis communications, story-telling, and transitional leadership through various happenings. Continue to serve as the Communications Director for Coker, but now through Church Communications- a Missional Marketing company.
