Lead and manage HR function across Canada for Ticketmaster Canada, Live Nation Canada and Universe.

Provide support and guidance to management and non-management staff through the execution of Human Resource Programs and Company Policies while demonstrating the highest level of integrity and confidentiality in order to build and maintain relationships with client group. Additional responsibilities include: - Ensuring the overall well being of the employees and business.- Managing employment relationships to ensure effective staffing - Ensure organizational compliance with labour-related legislation and Company Policy. - Oversee Compensation and Benefits Programs.- Establish and maintain Human Resource structures and processes to support individual and corporate performance. - Effectively manage and develop direct reports.

Consult with management to develop Human Resources (HR) plans in support of business plans and to provide broad HR support in areas of organizational and member development, implementation of corporate policies and procedures, and selection of internal and external candidates for hourly and/or salaried openings.
