She grounds her work in a relentless pursuit of excellence, with a deep understanding of the power of uniting people around a common goal. She joined The Arthritis Society in June 2020 with a goal of making an impact, and fundraise to find a cure and treatment for this devastating disease. Before this, she spent 20 years as the President & CEO of Providence Healthcare Foundation. As a leader, Jennifer’s fundraising goals are always to direct a clear and compelling vision for the future. Jennifer leads the Arthritis Society’s national and Ontario fundraising teams, with a strategic goal to build new donor relationships and partnerships. Her first important objective is to create the National Fundraising Council, and cultivate 15 new Executive volunteers as Council Members. Motivated to help the 6 million Canadians who suffer the pain of this devastating disease, Jennifer is determined to achieve results and tenaciously accomplishes every goal she sets. Passion and compassion drive Jennifer’s success, and she skillfully nurtures, supports and grows strong ties that stand the test of time.
