Started and resourced a remote site monitoring group for field operations. Working a daylight schedule, this group monitors production and wellsites and manages field alarms. They are in constant contact with the field personnel, notifying them of urgent and changing conditions.

· Heavy Oil Production Engineer for 53 production and 51 injection wells in the Alaskan West Sak field. (14-17 MBOPD).· Responsible for maintaining and optimizing oil production, produced water injection, and VRWAG (viscosity reducing water alternating gas) injection.· Monitor various types of artificial lift and adjust lift rates for optimal production. Artificial lift types included centrifugal and progressive cavity electrical submersible pumps, surface powered water jet pumps, and gas lift systems.· Maintain close working relationships with field based personnel to optimize operations and minimize down time.· Assists in managing well work operations within the 2011 budget ($70MM).Drillsite Petroleum Engineer ConocoPhillips ­ Kuparuk (Feb 08 ­Dec 10)· Production engineer for 128 wells in the Greater Kuparuk Area. Responsible for maintaining and optimizing oil production, produced water injection, and miscible gas injection.· Managed the $3.25MM 2009 Kuparuk Well Line Upgrade Program. Executed 11 line replacements and restored service to 14 wells.· Developed the $14MM 2010 Well Line Upgrade Program with a focus on construction efficiencies and decreasing costs for a 26 well program and maintaining zero safety incidents.· Developed and managed the 2009 and 2010 Technical Support program AFE's. These six yearly AFE's total $1.70MM and manage the technical support for all the ConocoPhillips operated fields in Alaska.
