As an Educator Community Specialist at Mass Learning Project, I am dedicated to advancing STEM education by equipping teachers with the tools and strategies they need to inspire the next generation of problem solvers. With a career that began as a middle school math teacher, I transitioned into a STEM Coach role promoting a hands-on, project-based learning approach.I am passionate about providing high-quality STEM education, a commitment that has been recognized through several prestigious awards, including the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST), the AIAA Trailblazing STEM Educator Award, and a 3rd place National Teacher of the Year award from the Air Force Association.Beyond my role at Mass Learning Project, I am the co-creator of the Massachusetts Teacher STEM Fair, an event that brings together educators to share innovative ideas and practices. My work extends internationally, where I facilitate STEM professional development for educators in locations ranging from Florida to the United Arab Emirates.I hold a Bachelor of Science in Inclusive Elementary Education and Special Education from Syracuse University and a Master's in Curriculum and Teaching from Fitchburg University.
