• Manages Exchange 2010 servers and O365 clients• Support the day-to- day operations of a worldwide enterprise Microsoft Exchange and Messaging environment, to include full life sustainment of the systems, log analysis, review and troubleshooting, and troubleshoot problems as they arise.• Attends to user support on a day to day incident tickets and service requests. Managed the IT infrastructure of KPMG Manabat Sanagustin & Co. Responsible for the administration and operation of the corporate servers and networks.
